Listen with your heart dummy!

Sometimes the universe sends messages.  Here is a story about how that happened for me last week.

So I go out on the back deck to meditate.  I take my gratitude and manifest book out with me and write up both things.  Then I meditate on the manifestations.  Molly my little white dog comes with me and she is old and partially blind but she is sweet and she lies down next to me, although the week before she went missing for 3 hours but today she's just lying in the sunshine on the deck by me.

So I am in the zone, its beautiful out, the back yard is treed with green grass and no one around.  I am feeling the affirmations, I am building them up to manifest, then this crow starts squawking totally wrecking my serenity.  I can get past this,  I can tune him out.  Squawk squawk!!
What??  Really????  Ohmmmm   squwak.  Then a second crow squawks back from further away.

That's it!!  Drag the needle across the record because the serenity is gone.  I remember my friend Beth telling me that ravens were her bird and that they bring messages.  So I opened my eyes and at first didnt see the crow but then noticed it on the roof top sitting there.  I said , crow-what is your message?  Guess what it said?  Squawk!!  Of course by now I am irritated and I said what are you trying to tell me>>  Squawk.  I go to get up and I notice that Molly is gone!  Again!!

So I jump up and start calling for her. The last time she went missing she was across the street and down about a block away and I am afraid she is going to get hit by a car because of her blindness,

So I see her under a tree that the second crow is sitting in and she slowly walks back to me.

Oh ...I get it now... you guys were trying to tell me "watch your dog, she is wandering off:"  Duh!
Well now I am all sorts of grateful to the crows and I thanked then very much for their message and then they flew away.  Just like that -no fuss,

So now I am open to all messages big or small wherever
they come from and learned a valuable lesson about listening with more than my ears.
